Welcome to your choice board!

Here you will choose a program that will best suit your own needs to enhance your mental wellness starting TODAY

Below are several programs to choose from. We encourage you to look at all the links provided, then to choose your program. Whatever your program, you must complete a minimum of 12 exercises over a 2 -4 week timeline. You may choose to challenge yourself and take a longer challenge. Just be sure to check in with your instructor and add it to the google doc list. 

Why do a program alone when you can complete it with a partner? Your partner/s can hold you accountable and give you the motivation you need on harder days. 

Please access this google doc and write your name beside the program you intend to do. If there is one you have found that you would rather do, please confirm it with your instructor and add a column with the link to the program.

Finally, at the end of the 2-4 weeks, you will take part in the H5P mental wellness assessment at the bottom of this page. We will use this to analyze any changes in mental wellness as a group.

YMCA Mindful Movements: You will complete all 11 videos over 2 -4 weeks.

Nike App: You must complete 12 exercises of your choice over 2 – 4 weeks.

Swim program: You must complete 12 exercises of your choice over 2-4 weeks.

Peloton App Free Trial: You must complete 12 exercises of your choice over 2-4 weeks.
